This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 

COLLECTIONS AND APPAREL: 

 

Order Processing Time: 

 

Your order typically takes between 3 to 7 days to be processed before it is shipped. The delivery time varies depending on the product and your location. Estimated shipping times are as follows: 

 

USA: 3–4 business days 

Europe: 6–8 business days 

Australia: 2–14 business days 

Japan: 4–8 business days 

International: 10–20 business days 

 

Shipping Origin: 

 

We partner with a global on-demand fulfillment company, which means your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse facility to your location. Please be aware that items in the same order may be shipped separately due to our decentralized warehouse system. 

 

Delayed or Missing Orders: 

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we suggest the following steps before contacting us: 

 

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

 - Inquire at your local post office to see if they are holding your package. 

 

Note that we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping. 

 

Tracking Your Order:

PRINT MEDIA: 

 

Magazines: 

 

Please allow 4-7 weeks for the shipping of magazines after placing your order. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location, and all issues are shipped separately.

 

Books: 

 

Please allow 4-7 weeks for the shipping of books. Post-dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times will vary depending on your region, and all books are shipped individually.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

 

For information about customs process:

 

Order Refusal Due to Customs Issues: 

 

  • If a package is refused by the customer due to customs-related complications, such as refusal to pay customs tax or duties, or other similar issues, Hysteria By GIRLONFILM will not be responsible for issuing a refund or reshipping the refused package. 

 

Banned Items in Shipments: 

 

  • Customers are advised to consult their local customs office for information on banned items in their country. Hysteria By GIRLONFILM is legally obligated to declare shipments accurately in terms of content and value. We cannot accommodate requests to modify the declared value or content of shipments. In the event that local customs authorities confiscate any items from your shipment, Hysteria By GIRLONFILM bears no responsibility for reshipment or refund of the confiscated items. 

 

Customs and Import Fees for International Orders: 

 

  • For orders shipped internationally, additional customs and tax fees may be incurred. These fees are levied by the local customs office and are outside of our control. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for detailed information regarding these potential additional charges.

 

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

 

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

​

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
